Welcome to Boracay Tropical Grill

Fine Filipino-American Cuisine

Pronounced bor a ki , our restaurant’s name comes from the world famous palm swept beaches of Boracay Island, the crown jewel of the 7,107 islands of the Philippine archipelago . Owned and serviced by the Salinas family, originally from Boracay Island, is managed by Dennis and wife Chef Edwina, who heads the kitchen staff in creating tropical delicacies. Their children Kurt, Suzanne and Lauren help to maintain the high-level personalized service enjoyed by their guests.

The Boracay Island is world renown for being a laid-back island paradise with its swaying palm trees and lush green tropical vegetation bordering powder white sandy beaches, gradually entering crystal clear blue waters that merge in the horizon with the rich blue skies.

Happy Holidays!

As on the Island, Boracay Grill’s culinary fare is a diverse mix of the familiar with the exotic. Traditional Filipino cuisine is the results of cultural influences over the past 15,000 years. Just as majority of the Filipino people are part Malay, Chinese and Spanish, so is the cooking of the Philippines absorbing influences from both East and West. Chinese, Indian and Arab traders, who ultimately settled there, influenced stir-frying, deep-frying, noodles, soy products, peppers, spices and other foods into local cuisine. A more recent cultural influence on the culinary evolution is the Americans, Japanese, and Europeans, especially the Germans.
